What Practice is, and what it is not.

Practice is the methodology’s work of holding a relationship. It is not couples therapy. It is not conflict resolution facilitation. It is not family systems therapy.

The methodology surfaces what it observes; you and your partner decide what to do with it. If something touches what the methodology can’t hold — clinical care, crisis, intimate partner safety — the Crisis Referral directory is always one tap away.

Both partners engage this Reading independently. The methodology reads each of you separately, then locates the work between you.
